It is possible that VTech can provide the after
sales service to our customers. VTech has manpower in the
manufacturing location in China, which can serve as a repair
centre and provide a fast turn around repairing service. If
the product is within warranty period, VTech will absorb the
repairing cost for any manufacturing defect. For other distribution
location, VTech will need to place technician/repairmen to
provide the same service that can be discussed and arranged.
