Andy became General Manager of Vtech Communications Limited since 1993 after extensive experience in electronic products manufacturing. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne in the UK and he holds a MBA degree from Oklahoma City University in the USA.
